Track your cycle.
Tune your mind.

CycleAffirm is a period tracker and an affirmation app in one. It knows which phase you're in, asks how you're actually feeling, and gives you one line a day that fits both. Like a bestie who gets it.

Luteal · today's line

Extra sensitive is just feelings in 4K. Nothing's wrong with you.
From the app's library, matched to the phase
  • Low battery mode is a feature, not a bug.
  • Main character energy is loading... and it's you.
  • Take the compliment. Do not argue with it.
  • Protect your peace like it's your phone at 2%.
  • Soft era activated. No notes.
  • Curiosity is your cheat code this week.
  • Comparison is a thief. Don't give it your password.
  • You are not your worst thought at 2am.
  • Rest is productive. Ask literally any phone charger.
  • Your ideas deserve airtime. Unmute yourself.
  • Cozy, quiet, and slow is a perfectly elite plan.

How it works

Four phases, four moods. One line a day that gets it.

The cycle ring in the app: luteal, day 24, about 6 days left of luteal. Below it: Period in about 6 days, Day 24 of 29, and the note: Estimates only. Not birth control or medical advice.
your ring, estimates included
  1. Log your period

Tap “Period started?” when it does. CycleAffirm works out your phase and day and shows them on a ring.

  2. See what's coming

“Period in about 6 days.” Every prediction is labelled an estimate, and it learns your real cycle length as you log.

  3. Get a line for the phase

Each morning there's an affirmation written for where you are, in the voice of a friend who's funny about it and kind about it.

  1. Menstrual around days 1–5

Often feels like: a time to rest and turn inward.

Low battery mode is a feature, not a bug.

From the app's library, for tired and overwhelmed days

  2. Follicular around days 6–12

Often feels like: energy is building, fresh starts feel easier.

New era unlocked. Start the thing.

From the app's library, for hopeful, energised days

  3. Ovulatory around days 13–16

Often feels like: peak energy and confidence.

Take the compliment. Do not argue with it.

From the app's library, for confident and insecure days alike

  4. Luteal around days 17–28

Often feels like: slowing down, feelings run deeper.

Protect your peace like it's your phone at 2%.

From the app's library, for tired, irritable, overwhelmed days

Days shown for a 28-day cycle. CycleAffirm fits the phases to your own cycle, and every prediction is an estimate. Not birth control or medical advice.

Try a check-in

How are you, really?

In the app, a check-in takes seconds. Tell it how you actually feel and today's line changes to match you, not just the day of your cycle. Try the mood part here.

  • A few sliders, a few words. Energy, mood, sleep, calm, body and self-worth, the moods that fit, and a note if you want one.
  • A line that fits. You get a balance score and the best line for your phase and mood. Add a note, or have a really low day, and the AI writes you a fresh one, if you've said yes to AI.
  • It learns what helps. Check in a few times and, when a phase ends, it remembers what worked, so that phase's lines fit better next cycle.
The check-in summary in the app: a balance score of 33, Go gently, and bars for energy, mood, sleep, calm, body and self-worth.

Luteal · pick a mood or two

Protect your peace like it's your phone at 2%.

Lines from the app's own library. Nothing you tap here leaves this page.

Optional · for your person

Let your person in on it. You pick what they see.

Invite your partner and they get a heads-up on your phase, gentle ideas for showing up, and a nudge to tell you something nice. Nothing is shared until you make the invite.

  1. The Add someone sheet in the app: choose My partner or Family or a friend, switches to share how each phase usually feels and your daily moods, both off, and a Create invite code button.

    01

    You make the invite

Create an 8-character code and pick what they see: your phase and when your period's due, plus, only if you switch them on, how each phase usually feels and your daily moods. Never your notes.

  2. Supporting her

Luteal · Slowing down. Feelings run deeper.

She's feeling insecure today. Reply a bit faster than usual and keep it warm.

    02

    They get gentle tips

Plain, practical ideas for the phase you're in, as often as they like: every morning, in the evening, only on turning-point days, weekly, or not at all. Lock-screen wording never mentions your cycle.

  3. 7:30 pm

    CycleAffirm

    A note for her?

Write her a few words that make her feel good about herself. One line is plenty.

    03

A 7:30 pm nudge to write you a note

With ideas to start from if they're stuck. They can move the time or switch it off.

  4. From your partner

You don't have to be okay today to be my favourite person. Dinner's on me tonight.

    on your home screen

    04

It lands on your home screen

Their note shows on your Today screen, and on your home-screen widget if you've added it. Hide it, report it, or remove and block them anytime.

Family and friends can join too. They see your phase, never when your period's due. Remove anyone and they lose access straight away.

Pinky promises

Your cycle is not our business model.

Period data is personal. Here's the short version. The privacy policy has every detail.

  • Stored with Firebase

Your data lives in Google's Firebase, behind rules that let only you read it. People you invite see only what you chose to share.

  • AI only after “I agree”

Affirmations are written with help from Anthropic's AI. Nothing goes to it until you tap “I agree”, your email and account ID never do, and you can switch it off in Settings.

  • Never sold. No ads.

No ads, no ad SDKs, and no tracking you across other apps. This website has no trackers either.

  • Delete it all, anytime

One tap in the app deletes your account and data. No app any more? Ask us on the web.
