Questions people ask
How do I join the beta?
CycleAffirm is in invite-only testing on Google Play, for Android and people 18 and over. Request an invite with the Google account you use on Play, and we'll add you as spots open.
Is there an iPhone version?
Not yet. The beta is Android only for now.
How accurate are the period predictions?
They're estimates. CycleAffirm works them out from the period dates you log and learns your average cycle length as you go. Bodies aren't clocks, so treat them as a heads-up, not a promise. CycleAffirm isn't birth control, a fertility tool or medical advice. Talk to a doctor about your health.
Can my partner read my notes?
No. Your notes are never shared with anyone you invite. A partner sees your phase and when your period's due, plus how each phase usually feels and your daily moods only if you switch those on. Family and friends see your phase, never when your period's due.
How do I remove someone I invited?
Go to You → People who support you, tap the person, then Remove and block. They lose access straight away and can't rejoin without a new code from you.
Can I turn off the AI?
Yes. Nothing goes to our AI provider, Anthropic, until you tap “I agree”, and you can switch off “AI-written affirmations” in Settings anytime. You'll still get lines from the app's library, matched to your phase and mood.
A line felt off. Can I tell you?
Please do. Tap Report under any affirmation, tip or note in the app, or email us. 👎 “Not for me” also teaches the app what to skip.
How do I delete my account and data?
In the app: You → Delete my account and data. No app any more? See delete your data.
